GNPSC is a capacity-building nonprofit working to maximize our organizational reach and impact by developing underserved and under resourced visionaries who are leading early-stage nonprofit and small business initiatives. We provide business and professional services that assist in transitioning early-stage work into sustainable operations. Memberships allow our staff to meet each member where they are in their individual journeys and support attainment of their community and/or economic impact goals. The results of our work will trickle down to collectively impact hundreds of individuals, families/households locally or thousands statewide as members provide sustainable community-based services, employment, volunteer, and job training opportunities.
Grow Institute, our training division, addresses the need for grassroots access to educational and technical assistance as part of the entrepreneurial journey, in a culturally safe and technology rich environment. Our program framework (created based upon 27 years in the nonprofit and entrepreneurship space) features a library of proprietary training products which systematically delivers nonprofit/business and management-focused training; and standardized operating tools and resources are integrated to expose student entrepreneurs up to 24-months of extensive real-time practicum experiences and activities designed to drive businesses forward one step at a time. The Institute's purpose is to facilitate administration and management of all educational courses, training programs/activities, student services, award/maintain official records of training, and a verifiable professional reference.
