Grow Institute facilitates training programs that develop essential and transferable business knowledge and management skills where gaps currently exist. We also offer a clear pathway to a long-term career as an entrepreneur and/or nonprofit leader in a community-based and culturally safe environment.

We target emerging entrepreneurs that are historically and traditionally underserved, under-represented, under-resourced, and as a result are also viewed as less likely and/or capable of succeeding. Our program strategically remove restraints caused by inequitable practices and/or systems to facilitate individual and collective economic empowerment. We accomplish this by aligning training and development to a co-earning and revenue generation platform, promoting innovation and collaboration, providing access to industry equipment and resources. A key program objective is occupational licensing.
