I am a proud native Floridian raised by Christian parents that were successful entrepreneurs and highly regarded community workers/leaders and I'm proud to continue this family tradition. In my early 30's I earned my undergraduate degree in Organizational Management then went on to complete graduate programs in Business Management and Educational Technology. I have also earned several professional education certificates through the Edyth Busch Philanthropic Center at Rollin College.
GNPSC operates to build upon the work of G.R.O.W., Inc. by addressing the need in underserved communities for 1). A viable pathway to entrepreneurship, and 2). Business and technology literate workforce capable of establishing, operating, managing, sustaining, and growing them. As founder and director of both organizations, I have developed proprietary youth and adult programs/curricula, and successfully provided workforce development and job training services as a regional contractor and federal grantee.
I am honored to share my expertise and 30+ years of non-profit, operations, program development, grant and contract proposal writing and administration, and entrepreneurship experience to assist, develop, and guide emerging entrepreneurs that are traditionally underserved and underrepresented. My professional aspiration is to continue to be a catalyst for equity and economic empowerment through grassroots training and workforce development programming that helps transition early-stage work of promising emerging entrepreneurs into sustainable business enterprises.
